XPLR GUIDE is owned and operated by XPLR, LLC. We want the XPLR GUIDE website, mobile application, and related services to be useful to as many people as reasonably possible, including people with disabilities.

Accessibility is an ongoing responsibility. XPLR GUIDE is still evolving, and we are committed to reviewing, improving, and maintaining the accessibility of our digital experiences as the product grows.

1. Our Accessibility Goal

Our goal is to provide a clear, usable, and inclusive experience across the XPLR GUIDE website and mobile application.

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, including WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as an important reference for our ongoing accessibility work. This statement describes our current goals and efforts; it is not a claim that every page, feature, or third-party integration currently meets every guideline.

2. Measures We Take

As we design and maintain XPLR GUIDE, our accessibility efforts may include:

  • Using semantic page structure and descriptive headings
  • Supporting keyboard navigation where applicable
  • Providing visible keyboard focus indicators
  • Maintaining readable text size and color contrast
  • Providing text alternatives for meaningful images
  • Avoiding unnecessary motion and respecting reduced-motion preferences where possible
  • Using descriptive labels for buttons, links, forms, and controls
  • Designing layouts that adapt across mobile, tablet, and desktop screens
  • Testing important journeys with a combination of automated tools and manual review
  • Reviewing accessibility when new features or significant changes are released

3. Mobile Application Accessibility

XPLR GUIDE is being developed for iPhone and Android. We intend to use platform accessibility features and established mobile interface patterns where reasonably possible.

Because mobile devices, operating systems, assistive technologies, and user settings vary, the experience may differ between devices. We welcome feedback about navigation, labels, contrast, text scaling, screen-reader behavior, motion, touch targets, or other barriers within the application.

4. Website Accessibility

The XPLR GUIDE website is designed to support keyboard use, readable content, responsive layouts, visible focus states, and reduced-motion preferences.

Long-form policy pages include a scroll-to-top control to make navigation easier. Users may also use standard browser and device features such as zoom, text scaling, reader settings, and keyboard shortcuts.

5. Third-Party Content and Services

XPLR GUIDE may link to or rely on third-party websites, maps, app stores, social platforms, ticket providers, reservation tools, forms, videos, or other services that we do not control.

We cannot guarantee the accessibility of third-party services. We encourage third-party providers to offer accessible experiences and welcome reports about barriers that affect an important XPLR GUIDE journey.

6. Known Limitations

XPLR GUIDE is a growing product, and some content or features may not yet provide an ideal experience for every person or assistive technology.

Potential limitations may include:

  • Third-party maps, media, forms, or linked services
  • Newly released features that are still being reviewed
  • Older or externally supplied images that may need improved descriptions
  • Complex location, route, or map information that may require an alternative presentation

We aim to address confirmed issues based on their impact, the importance of the affected journey, available technology, and practical implementation requirements.

7. Accessibility Feedback and Assistance

If you experience an accessibility barrier, need information in another format, or need assistance completing a task, please contact us.

We will review accessibility feedback and use it to guide reasonable improvements. We aim to respond to accessibility feedback within two business days. If an immediate alternative is available, we will make a reasonable effort to help you access the information or complete the task.

8. Ongoing Improvement

Accessibility work does not end when a page or feature launches. We expect our standards, testing, and implementation to improve as XPLR GUIDE grows and as technology and accessibility guidance change.

We may update this Accessibility Statement to reflect material changes to our services or accessibility practices. When we do, we will update the "Last Updated" date above.
